1. Key management
The keys of elevator triangle locks must be managed by full-time personnel who have obtained the "Special Equipment Operator Certificate" and registered for record. When the management personnel change, the key handover procedures must be carried out to ensure that the responsibility can be traced. The key should be accompanied by a warning sign that "non-professionals are prohibited from using it", and the operation process prompts should be posted around the lock hole of the elevator triangle lock. Check the key regularly for wear or deformation to ensure that the tooth shape is complete and free of rust.
2. Mechanical parts maintenance
Clean the elevator triangle lock cylinder, lock tongue and other mechanical parts every quarter, and lubricate them with special lubricants (such as graphite powder) to avoid oil adhesion and sensitivity. The locks in the shaft need to be checked for moisture-proof measures to prevent the elevator triangle lock from being stuck due to rust of metal parts. Regularly test the linkage function between the triangle lock and the floor door to ensure that it can be unlocked smoothly after the key is inserted and the lock tongue can be closed when reset. Adjust the closing gap of the floor door to avoid difficulty in unlocking due to deformation.
3. Safety protection and operation specifications
Maintenance personnel need to participate in emergency drills regularly, simulate the use of triangular locks when the car is uneven, and strengthen the standardization of rescue procedures. New employees must pass the special training of "Elevator Emergency Guide" and pass the practical assessment. Combined with daily maintenance, check whether the lock fixing bolts are loose and whether the hoistway guide bracket is offset to affect the closing of the floor door.
